Do you guys provide customer support during weekends / holidays?

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP

Do you guys offer a refund or exchange?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please help us double check our returns policy

How do I use my discount code?

In the event that the discount code hasn't already been applied automatically to your order, there should be a "Discount code" box showing up during check-out for you to manually type the code in.

What should I do if I had forgotten to enter my discount code?

If you had forgotten to apply a discount code that was offered to you, you can contact our Support team at support@giftforcrush.com with the discount code mentioned clearly so that we can dive right in. Our team will respond to you promptly!

Can I use multiple discount codes on a single order?

Discount codes don't stack. If you already use the 10% discount, you will not be able to use another coupon at the same time. Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order.

Why have I not received an order confirmation?

If an order was placed and processed successfully, you should have received an automated order confirmation via e-mail. Please check your Spam/Junk mailbox again if you do not see any email in your inbox.

If you checked your Spam/Junk mailbox and still did not receive the confirmation e-mail, we recommend you to Contact Us so we may investigate this for you.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page. 

After an order has been placed, we will ship your item(s) within 2 - 12 business days. Below are expected delivery times based on your location.
